Chef Walter Scheib

Wonderful dinner last night hosted by Chef Walter Scheib and Gettysburg Festival's new Executive Director Beth Kirby.   In person Chef Walter tells stories just the way his book is written.  Very casual, light and makes all those who serve in political ways - human.  Something we all forget easily.

I took very few photos since sometimes I like to put my camera down and enjoy myself.  Plus it's a bit of a distraction for the rest of the guests.    

The event was held at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg.  They also are partnered with culinary events through the Gettysburg Festival.
